The Vortex Quiet Insert (2”) reduces the sound of your Big Gun Exhaust by 4-5 decibels*. It is easily installed and removed with minimal power loss and is compatible with the Big Gun Exhaust Spark Arrestor. The Vortex Quiet Insert is compatible with all Big Gun Exhaust Systems except Mini Series.

The Vortex 2 Quiet Insert (5”) reduces sound to 96-98 decibels*. It is easily installed and removed with some noticeable power loss and is compatible with the Big Gun Exhaust Spark Arrestor. The Vortex 2 Quiet Insert is compatible with all Big Gun Exhaust Systems except Mini Series and some older style mufflers that do not have a “straight through” core. This insert is not recommended for Teryx 750, Rhino 660, and other high compression/larger motor vehicles.
